In this role, you implement programs and actions aimed at the base of the food safety pyramid including material, process and product food safety specification development, GMPs (good manufacturing practices), hygiene and sanitation.

 

How you will contribute

 

You will work with key partners to ensure that food safety requirements are accurately translated into raw material, process and product specifications in a timely manner, provide basic food safety requirements advice to key stakeholders, and direct detailed technical questions to the Food Safety Team experts.

Główne zadania:

 

• Sprawowanie kontroli nad zgodnością specyfikacji surowców i opakowań wykorzystywanych do produkcji gum i cukierków
• Przeprowadzanie analiz i prób sensorycznych materiałów
• Sporządzanie raportów i zestawień o składnikach użytych do produkcji gum i cukierków w ramach procesu identyfikacji
• Dbanie o sprzęt laboratoryjny poprzez zgłaszanie bieżących zapotrzebowań, zastrzeżeń, itd.
• Zarządzanie procesem reklamacji oraz bieżącymi zadaniami administracyjnymi

 

Oczekiwania:

• Dyplom ukończenia studiów na kierunkach: Technologia Żywności, Biotechnologia lub pokrewne
• Mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy w laboratorium w ramach praktyk lub stażu w przemyśle spożywczym
• Płynna znajomość języka polskiego oraz komunikatywna angielskiego
• Dobra znajomość programu MS Excel
• Łatwość nawiązywania kontaktów oraz chęć podejmowania nowych wyzwań
• Dokładność, odpowiedzialność oraz kreatywność

 

Pierwszą umowę oferujemy na 6 miesięcy.
